Account deletion

Delete your Shaded account.

Account deletion permanently removes account data and learning progress associated with your Shaded account.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@shaded.app from the email address on your Shaded account with the subject line "Delete my Shaded account".

Deletion is permanent. You will lose saved learning history, settings, and account access once the request is completed.

What gets deleted

  • Account profile and authentication records tied to your email.
  • Learning progress, attempt history, review schedules, and saved preferences.
  • Service data that is no longer needed for legal, security, or operational obligations.

What may remain

Some records may remain where required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal compliance, or backup integrity. Remaining records are limited to those purposes.
